Game.rxdata i hope its the right one

i used the new patch when i also had a bug whith the dialogue from venam and crawly before we enter valor mountain and it got fixed but now that one happened, it also says that particular one is fixed but still :/

so i defeat #thewhale but after the dialog with venam my character will still stop moving even after i download the patch 10 any idea what can i do?

so i just defeat kyogre and after the dialogue with venam i walked a few tiles and my character wont move he just stand there but the sound of walking into the still exist
