do you plan to change the story overall a little bit or only starting at episode 17? i plan to play it again and if there will be changes form the start i dont want to miss them

I got through till i get the HQ railnet key, which opens me the way to this machine where i need batteries and metal powder? can i buy these somewhere? my head is aching already...

I chose to give the Magma Stone to Cera, but i have absolutely no idea where i have to head now, please help I can only find walkthroughs where they chose to keep the stone ._.
