In my Main run i forgot to get the department Sticker from the guy in the Underground railnet. I renovated the railnet so its gone. Iirc its basically gone if u came to the City After ciel.  Is there a possibilty to get it Now or in the future?

i just finished the story and did a few sidequest.

 

 

The one i cant do is Corin Rouge. Last think i remember is that he got on the train to the desert (E16).

 

Where is he?

If i didn't lose my sense of direction.....I think i found her 2 times near the Entrance underwater. And iirc i stayed underwater between these 2 encounters. 

 

Have to find her a 3rd time
