I have them all completed. I talked to the receptionist and they're not giving me anything Could it be because I completed the quests in a previous update?

Which quest exactly gives Turtwig in the West Gearen Help Plaza?

I have been trying to 100% anything I can until the latest update drops, and one of these is getting the Coin Case. I didn't really bother much with it back then, but now I have progressed so much that the sewers have been replaced by the Water Treatment Facility. I scoured the entirety of the thing and can't find it anywhere (yes I did talk to the woman who then flushed it). I tried to look for answers, but it's either on an archived forum (so I can't ask for further clarifications) or of older versions of the game

Actually I tried something that for some reason crossed my mind as soon as I asked, and it worked! Buy a Nightmare Meddalion again from the witch and go to sleep. Wander around Nightmare City and you will find her.

Thank you. Also about the "Highly Classified" mission, I gave her the Nightmare Meddalion. Now what do I do? How do I get my reward?

Can someone please help me? I am doing the "Missing People" (I think that's the name) Help Request in Grand Dream City. Officer Jenny is telling me to investigate the small people gatherings around PokeStar Studios but I can't seem to find them. Is there something I have to do first?
