Solved, i saved on the teleported shop, entered E15, went back to the shop and entered E16, a bit risky but worked

Well hi everyone, i've played many essentials and gba hacks, and i have to say this is the best i have played (both storyline and difficulty) I wanted to ask if in E16 i can still find the lost guy who should be on the railway, because he isn't where he is supposed to be (yes i "cheated" and watched some gameplays) is there any way to get it? if i go back to E15 would i appear in old Reborn city or the game would crash?
