There's a gate at the left side which needs to be opened.

I don't think you can find him after the Rainlet is restored tho.

Yes I agree I didn't know that you could breed a Ditto and a Beldum together.

The game gives you the egg by your ID because I got Cacnea but I don't know that much hopefully someone better can help you. (I got Cacnea 2 times each time I started a new game.
