Tidus. I liked him because his personality is a fresh change from the usual FF protags(Cloud, Squall), making him a lot more relatable for my standards.
Spoiler
Now, I know that many people hated him(and his memetic AH-HA-HA-HA-HA!!), but most of the time, they didn't see the development he went through to the game. He went from a spoiled brat who was always been a center of attention back in Dream Zanarkand, and only wanted nothing to go back there while barely giving a crap of Spira, into a mature person who desires to save Spira from Yevon's control and willing to sacrifice his existence and his life in Zanarkand for the sake of the world. Many people end up finding him annoying or whiny, but it's usually because they labeled him annoying at the early point of the game where he IS annoying and whiny(It's understandable though. I mean, he's literally have the attention of everyone wherever he goes! Of course he's gonna end up spoilt by the luxury of being a Star Player!), and keeps labeling him so without even looking at the development he went through.
A lot of people thought that either Yuna or Aaron should've been the main prontagonist, but they didn't understand that Tidus is the main prontagonist because he was the one who sparked the idea on the party of breaking the Yevon tradition, as his past life of living in a more ideal world(Dream Zanarkand) allows him to think of an alternative way out of defeating Sin, compared to the Spiran who is already used to the world, and simply accepts it as it is.(Uh, did I do my argument right? First time trying to explain something in a forum...) -

I talked to Simon in the base, but I didn't visit him in the ceremetry before the city got rebuild, and now he's missing post E16. Can you fix my save as well?
EDIT: Just remembered, I did talked to him, but reloaded the game to the point where I didn't talk to him and skipped him instead because he didn't gave the player any fight. So yeah, this is the same case where I didn't talk to him. -

I have been seeing a number of times this mentioned and I think it's more of an E16 thing than your save file
Yeah, this old update post kinda confirms that the weather system got changed in E16
Would going back to E15 maybe allow me to get a windy day? I've also tried to change to forecast back when the game was E15, and no luck at all. I'm kinda happy that I can now change the the weather forecast easily now, but still, no windy days...

This isn't a bug just wait for your weather to change, changing the date doesn't always work
Would changing the clock in 8 hours range work? I've finally got myself into a day that states 'high winds' in it's forecast, but changing between 8 hours doesn't seem to work... -
I wanted to get a windy day in order to get the Murkrow and Zorua event, but I can't get a windy day after messing around with the date.
I already tried methods such as:-nickaboo's method of rewinding the time exactly a week in order to reroll the forecast. It no longer works.(Maybe this was fixed up on newer versions?)
-Rewinding time day by day. Nothing happened, the weather remains the same.
-Fowarding the time day by day. It does work, and I got weather the change, but there is a problem. The game simply doesn't allow me to get a windy day. I went as far as from this day until March, and I've never seen any single windy day. AT ALL. If the weather changes that I got through this time scrolling is the weather pattern that I'm likely to get naturally as time progresses(and this would likely be, since I resetted the time scrolling from beginning, and got the same exact weather forecast after scrolling up to a certain day where the forecast changes.), that means that I won't get a windy day even until march.
So yeah, is my game bugged is something? I'll attach my game save for those who would like to see the problem.
[SPOILERS][NOT E16] Dratini's Location.
in Reborn City
Posted · Edited by Revolver
As all of you(or maybe just some of you) might known, sometimes there are cases of Pokédex and the obtainable Pokémon list might conflict at times. One of these cases is Dratini, where as you can see on the picture above, it's located on Ametrine Mountain whereas the available pokémon list said it is yet to be obtained. The list isn't wrong though, as there is no method of obtaining Dratini as of now.
Since Ame is actually pretty nice regarding the freedom of the player's way of playing the game, and she said that the PBS txt files of the game are free to use(as said in here). I decided to find out by myself out of my very own curiosity.
First thing first, the PBS folder. For those who are familiar with the works of Essentials, these are basically editable text files that contain datas of Trainers, Pokémons, TM, etc,
etc, etc, etc.Anyways, after I little bit of reading up some of the text files in that folder. I found this.
Seems like that we're getting closer. B4F Amentrine? I never heard that before before.

A little fiddling on the game with Essentials, and after some copy pasting of the game client and the PBS files into Essentials, I got the editor.exe to display Reborn's data. By searching the location ID 379, I found this peculiar location.
Going upwards floor by floor on Ametrine, the waterfall goes up all the way until 5F.
Since this is the floor where we found the secret passage on Blake apartment(

That I don't even f***ing get how did he made that passage without getting busted), let's go down one floor. There is no way to get there other than ladder from a lower floor over there (See: black spot on the right end of the ice floor.)Welp, there doesn't seem to be a way to get to the ladder on the top right....

Until you see the bummer part of the discovery...
Yep, you didn't see it wrong. It's blocked off with a Rock Climb wall. Meaning that we can't get there as of E16, and is the very reason it is listed as unobtainable in this website.
Ame sure loves making us suffer, doesn't she?So yeah, as you can see above, Ame have already prepared Dratini's location for quite a while ago. Dratini is only accesible once you can get to use Rock Climb on the overworld.
TL;DR FOR LAZY F***S
Dratini is located deep on Ametrine Mountain on a special area, similar to Feebas. We won't be able to reach it until Rock Climb is usable on the Overworld.
EDIT: Censored the tiny bits of swearing included in the post.
