    tried to clean wonder trade. Gave away 20 good mons and got 3 shinies and 10 pokerus seems wt is kinda clean today.

      You could also try entering through the Celestine Cascade, go to the southwest corner of each floor and go down the waterfall.

      You can enter it through the north aventurine woods.

      You could also try the Thief>Fling>Recycle move on the Life Orb Greninja in the Grand Hall, as for the strenght glitch, just push the boulder then slide towards it then save and press F12 then continue your playthrough.
