I heard that for him to appear you need to have bought the pokemon in episode 15, I did that, but he isn't there. Do I have to beat ciel or adrien?

I obtained it myself yesterday(It was even a shiny), It is possible. Just need to be a thunderstorm in the alleyway near the place you get pansear, I think thunderstorm always comes after the rain, so when its raining wait a few days

I'm trying to get a murkrow for breeding purposes, The location guide says aqua gang at night, I changed my clock and they still weren't there, looked a bit more and it needs to be windy, so I tried to change the weather but the weather system in episode 16 is now different. Is this info right? And if it is how can I make the game windy?(Its snowing now)

Thanks for you both, Just did the quest, And boy that wasn't pleasant at all -
So I was re-exploring some areas after beating the last leader available and I find myself in a cave in Rhodochrine Jungle where I can see a Treecko and a TM, but there is "Something unseeable on the way". Being a Kecleon or not, I'm gonna need a silph, devon or whatever company scope. Is that just a tease and its going to be ep17 stuff or another long sidequest just to get a pretty good pokemon(If that's the case I would like to know where the scope is). Thanks in advance.

I was exploring azurine lake and found the sunken villages. If I'm not mistaken I found the K and the F ones, but couldn't find the S one. If anyone can help, Thanks in advance

I want to know where can the 10th floor sticker can be found, I'm on the hunt for the ingredients of the restaurant and need the custap berry that can be bought in the 10th floor (If anyone wants to tell me where I can find the shoal salt and the sweet heart I would appreciate) Thanks in advance
