with my short knowledge of TR teams I know 1 thing: you need more then 1 setter at all costs.

I have a toxic recover trick room tri attack porygon2

    Would that do the trick?

I whanted to have him on the team with venoshock amoonguss(since torkoal has no gyro ball and fairies are a thing) but i have choice specs and opted for giga drain as a stab move

  2. As the title says i am making a trick room team and since i am trying to vary a bit i whanted to use some weirder mons

    so far:

    1.cherrim

    2.torkoal

    3.reuniclus

    4.Tyrantrum

    5.Amoongus

    6.(pendng)

basically set up trick room and rage powder/spore reuniclus(x2regenerator) then put in the cherrim/torkoal(drought+flower gift)(->tyrantrum+?)

what i am missing is a specs pokemon..

I was initially considering rotom in some form but then i saw that his best electric move for this team would be shock wave should i go in a double battle or dicharge(if i felt suicidal) so that got benched till thunderbolt gets included.

Any specs user suggestion would be lovely!
No need for a really slow pokemon since a medium slow will probably outspeed sweeper pokemon in trick room

for one i have a chandelure but i have used it in 3 different runs so id love to switch it up!

    Thanks in advance!

This is what I got from the location guide based on the amount of badges

Cherubi -> Cherrim == Lower Peridot: Grass Morning, Grass Day, Grass Night

    (Grass)

It should be there, I guess. Maybe you just have to find it a bit more?

maybe rain has something to do with it? brb ill switch the day (just did and i found it in 5 encounters, maybe luck?)

    anyway thanks!

  4. Checked location guide and it said i could find cherrim in peridot ward grass

is it still there after reborns renovation? I have been looking for 15 smthn mins on alt speed and still nothing

Nature changes stats period, you dont have to use common candies to reset stats, his special attack should automatically be higher if hes modest even if you dont change levels at all. If you dont believe me you can test it out.

I do think for me calm or bold is the best way to go since his typing and defense stats makes him bulky and his special attack is naturally not very high. For me at least i like to use him as a kind of a tank that has stabs that cover alot of my team's weaknesses and i can just revive and heal the rest of my team while he tanks.

never said i do not believe you its just that linear pokemon games don't work like reborn and games with the same mechanic work (full moon, rejuvenation) and since just now i finished with the stories in said games and started trying more competitive stuff and teambuilding i do not know what changes with each system :)

to be honest tho he will prolly stay boxed since i whant to run him as a burnhex machine in rain but have no will'o

I'm pretty sure the change of nature will take effect as soon as you level up to 65 again, so, I believe your plan is good.

i am trying now by writing down his stats before i change his nature so i can compare

  6. so i just got a lvl65 rotom and i am wondering if i go to the 7th street nature changer and change his (Serious) nature to another one(is modest the correct one for wash rotom?) then using common candies reduce his level by 64, will i have a stats difference when i get him back to 65?

  7. In one of the tunnels opened after mega steelix is defeated by lin i found a crystal that reacted to my key (going into spoilers if someone has not gone that far and just stumbled into this)

    Spoiler

i went in after rocksmashing and doing a bunch of boulder puzzles and reached the top of a wall of sorts and there i found a field effect readout but nothing else is there maybe a mon or some kind of item goodie lurking around?

Try this - delete that game.rxdata from save file folder and start a new game. When you get a first chance to save the game save it. Then download the save file that was fixed for you and replace the new save file you've just made

ITS FIXED THANK YOU SO MUCH (edited)

Maybe there's another one named the same thing? Are you sure it's really Game.rxdata?

I know how to locate it since this was not my first save file

Should i check if there are more than 1 on my pc somewhere? And, if there exist said other files would deleting them solve my issues?

  10. I will list how i did things (probably incorectly) and i'd love it if i could salvage my situation:

1.I had an issue with a sticker and posted about it on the forums

2.I gave my save file to someone who could fix it and he returned it to me soon after

3.As per his instructions (i am no savant on these matters)(also i dont blame him for my issues) i downloaded the now named ''Game(1).rxdata'' but did not replace my older one (since i think he thought i knew)

4.My game was now ''new gamed'' but my backups still exist

5.i followed another thread on how to rename the latest backup to ''Game.rxdata'' and did so promtly

6.My game is still at new game status

Any and all help is very much appreciated
