which one is better between give the ancient book for the quest guy or keep it, in sheridan help center quest

I had a hard time doing the lighthouse quest, I found all 3 lighthouses and it said at Terujama Cave but instead it's Aquamarine Cave... Now Idon't know where is it...

My current team:
Krokodile, greninja, gengar, staraptor, sceptile and magneton.
I don't have choice specs because i picked scarf (for the gym battle with emily).
checked it and it's actually scarf, so yeah it's possible
or you can use scarf on gengar, it should outspeed all

yeah, think i'll stick with staraptor as my flying type because there is no way, i can beat four lv 75 mons with my team.
Guess the only thing left to do is evolving my magneton. Hopefully we'll be able to do that in the next update.
what is your team? you have magneton so you should be able beat him since i beat them with my specs magneton

But i have a problem.
I'm currently in Addenfall Town and i need some team members ( only ones so far are greninja, krokodile and gengar)
I've been looking for treecko and togepi but can't seem to find them.
Ralts seems like another possibility but i don't know if you can get the dawn stone yet, because i need a fighting typ. Same with Togepi . I don't even know if there's a shiny stone in the game or if there's even a move relearner to reteach togekiss air slash and aura sphere.
do you get croagunk behind the waterfall? i use him until i finish the game available now
you can get togepi later and there are shiny stone but i forget if there is move relearner in the game

The back up lab event for Elekid and Magby are they BOTH there Because I always seem to find Elekid and not Magby. :/
both of them are there but you can only pick one depends on where you go

There's still a small part of the caves that's accessible after clearing that part of the story. You just need to use the alternate entrance that leads to the main boss fight, not the main entrance to the village. You still get a small space to roam around in to look for Bidoof.
Also for the book, you need to clear all of the Ranger sidequests in Route 2 before you're allowed access into the area that has it.

How far into the story you are? You sure you didn't pick up it at Kristolica Palace?
EDIT: I've done a

It requires a story flag to be set high enough (as you progress through plot, they seem to be set higher and higher until we reach another story flag). So it should be here at one point or another. Note that this event uses the same switch as the one in Kristolica Palace; that's why you can get only one.
finished the v8 story and all help quests (except ditto ones)

You still have to talk to the guy who wanted you to do find the library.
Don't do that instantly, though. He will ask you to give him the book you found, but that book will be useful soon.
this is going to be an actual spoiler.
In the mansion/palace you will get into relatively soon, interact with the Gardevoir statue in lobby. The maid will give you a Gothita if you have the book. As far as I know, this is the only way to get Gothita in V8 and you cannot revisit this place.

i need help with breeding aevian forms because i can't breed the aevian budew with ditto, does breeding aevian pokemon different from normal ones since i can breed phantump with ditto before
