I think I fucked up. If you join Magma instead of Aqua, can you still go to 7th street or nah? Because I really want that Cyndaquil. Not unless I'm supposed to complete the actual quest at hand and head to Cain's sister's house.
you can still do it. Just you may have a harder time without rain dance and I think Cyndaquil isn't interchangeable last time I remember. You can do the quests later on tho.
