yeah okay but they literally own this company, the suzerain first of all, can't sue them because pokemon itself is not his idea and "delta" pokemon is the equivalent of a fanfic, and second, its their company so they're not "ripping off" anything from some american guy
Delta pokemon started as the pokemon companies. The fact of the matter is, it's not delta pokemon, but if it were, they were the first to create it anyway. When will all people realize this? Probably never.
