    You'd be surprised how similar Varus and Jhin actually are in the midlane

    And yes, the flat pen is good if you're only bopping with arrows. But I still don't like Ghostblade. I suppose I'll try it, although the rage drop will make it a lot tougher to stack my W in trades when Ghostblade's active is down

    So, uh, what am I supposed to build on midlane Varus lately? I honestly have no idea where to go after BC>CDR boots and sort of just build whatever looks the most interesting

    Actually, your core is tear > ghost blade/hex/CDR boots.

    If they are really MR/CC heavy, get QSS. Get BC if you are ahead, otherwise, stick to Last Whisper of even both if you're that rich.You can sneak in a Death's Dance in there somewhere if you want.

    Wow I'm stupid, because West Gearen is totally blocked off by some punk which I passed by numerous times. Ty for the info.

    Anyone have a complete list of mystery egg pokemons?

    Azurill, Aron, Staryu, Togepi, Sneasel, Shroomish, Chinchou, Axew, Vullaby, Pawniard, Trapinch, Drilbur, Cottonee, Growlithe, Elekid, Starly, Rhyhorn, and Larvesta. There are rumors that you can get a Magby as well, though that rumor seems quite unfounded~

    What does each diffuculty setting mean in terms of hard numbers?

    From what I remember, it was just harder battles. Gym leaders, for example, had more and stronger pokemon. Trainers have higher leveled pokemon as well

    There might be more to it, but I didn't notice anything outside the ordinary besides those points.

    Since I've only played on Intense, this might be related or it might not be, but I have noticed low yen pay outs for battles in exchange for higher exp gained.

    With the exception of Alakazam, I agree. Alakazam can outspeed and one-shot most of Samson's team without optimal EV investments.

    Same with Espeon, but what I think Timber meant was it's easier and faster to obtain flying-types if their only use is temporary.

    Rekt Samson with my flying types and some luck.

    I'm at charleotte, Fighting fire with fire is oh so tempting.

    But sometimes you need a blastoise to shoot a fox in the face with a water gun.

    I don't know if you kept your Growlithe/Arcanine or if it had Flash Fire, but with some X-Defends against Rock/Earth attacks, you probably could fight fire with fire.

    I think I might have to disagree with you there. I believe earliest fire stone would be in Carotos mountain. Try using your item finder! :) I could be wrong though, but I'm almost positive that's where I got the stone for my growlithe.

    You are correct. I forgot which floor, though. Will check after class tomorrow if no one else does~

    You can join the club and make your own discussion thread too, though there's already a lot covered under the existing three.

    Anyways, I'd like to ask how on earth does Noivern work? It is said in the Dex that it fires sonic booms from its ears,, not its mouth, like bats normally should. So what, are its ears actually vocal organs as well? Or is the Dex just stupid because it's written by ten year olds?

    Maybe it's because the ears look like subwoofers.
