Delta Raichu: Water/Electric Design Description: Raichu, but with Aquamarine/Cobalt instead of Yellow/Brown color scheme. The cheeks become inflated bubbles. The tail remains yellow, though. It also gets a yellow surfboard. Reason for Creating Delta: 1. I feel like the Water/Electric typing could be used more offensively instead of just being on Lanturn. 2. I feel like Raichu doesn't really deserve to be in the bottom of the bag, PU. The evolution of the Pokemon series' Mascot should at least get itself a decent place, right?
