I'm sure not sure about the switching, but I remember seeing a post somewhere saying that gym leaders will use their ace last which is why she never switched to her Cradily if I'm correct.

That happens to me sometimes as well. What I do is mash the button down with a little force and it stops, but I'm not sure if that works for everyone.

I can care less about the IVs, but I'll take one off your hands. I've been needing a decent water type anyway. Not really sure what I can offer in return though. All I have is an Accelgor (Level 1), Vulpix (Level 82), and a Tyrunt (Level1), and the Accelgor and Vulpix have 5 IVs while Tyrunt has 1.
