Let me lead with I am not super knowledgeable about how all the switches are set up. But looking at yours in your file, I'm pretty confident that they're all kinds of messed up. Even after I went through I flipped the ones for your badges, it looked like lots of others were messed up, and events from all over were triggering. Maybe if someone who knew exactly what each switch should be went through page by page and fixed them that might stop the random events. But I think the problems with your pokemons movesets would persist. I'm sorry. Maybe someone else will be able to give you better advice.

It's been awhile since I've played, but I'm pretty sure it's possible to leave the water treatment plant if you need to do some serious grinding or re-vamping, though it's a pain.

Hey, welcome back. Have you looked under the "My Attachments" tab? If you click on your username in the upper right corner of the screen, a dropdown should appear that has "profile" and then "my attachments". Maybe you can find it there?

Huh, that's interesting, I never knew that, I've never given it to him. I could see Karen killing him.... I could also see her making him a pet or something like that.

So maybe what happened was it was at 40, you used the disc bringing it back down to 0, and then did a few battles, and then the next time you checked it had gone back up from 0 to 33.
I would recommend getting rid of EV's in Attack if your Swanna is a Special Attacker, and then "moving" those EVs to Special Defense.
If you EV train all your pokemon you'll probably use the Defense disc and special attack discs eventually, but you'll use them when you want to decrease that stat. So use the special attack disc on a physical attacker.

So EV training can make a big difference in how a pokemon performs, it basically helps you specialize them to what role you want them to play (generalist, physical wall, special attacker, etc), so I personally think EV training is great.
I don't think you would want to reset her Special Defense to 0 though by using a reset disc? A pokemon can only have a total of 510 EV points across all their stats. So if you want to boost Chloe's special defense you would want to decrease the EV's in other stats while adding more EV's to the special defense stat. Was she at 40 before you used the special defense reset disc? Or a little while after?
I don't know about the SpD EV's dropping, but if they won't go up anymore are you at a total of 510 EVs across all the stats? Because once you hit 510 no EVs will increase until you make room by using a reset disc or friendship berries. -
That is sad. I used to send a ton of breedjects out into wondertrade but I just haven't played in a long time. I would get great stuff occasionally. I wouldn't be surprised if the volume of trades has gone down a lot.

You may have already figured this out, but Reborn has an online trading system (Maybe Rejuv does too? Haven't played in a long time), and there is a thread where you can request trades. So you could ask a kind soul to trade you an abra, if that's what you wanted to be your starter. I get wanting to mix things up, I played through Reborn with an Aron as my starter once.
On a side note, I agree that neither game is terribly grind-y unless you make a lot of changes to your team at once. There are level caps present to keep you from overleveling. -
So finding all the policemen causes some plot points to be divulged a bit sooner and changes the upcoming gym battle a bit, some would say making it more difficult (iirc). You should still be able to handle it, and you can ask for tips if you need them
As mentioned above, there are also some event mons associated with the police officers. So I would find all the police officers, there isn't really a significant downside to it.

Yeah, if you already have a good Noivern, I'd definitely think about it. My Tailwind- Noivern and moxie- Krookodile took down Cain and Shelley by themselves. Good luck!

This isn't a great fix since it would involve a different mon, but you could try to get tailwind set up, that would help you with speed. I like Noivern for setting up tailwind, because it's pretty dang fast itself, so usually doesn't get hit before getting tailwind up. Or you could use Talonflame if you prefer, and it's slightly faster.

The "caroline" quest is just south of Calcenon, off to the right in that little room where you get the Ghost Memory (and also I think the magmarizer and electrizer?) The pokedex quest starts when you talk to a ranger that's in a house in Agate city

To get larvesta you have to go through that cave next to Corey's gym (where you find his Nidorina). You'll need to rock climb up a wall. You'll also need a pokemon with Dark pulse. I'm still looking for Snivy myself, so can't help a there, sorry.

A lot of people have posted tips for this over in the Reborn City forum (Since this is "On the Hunt" I don't technically think this is where questions like this are supposed to be)
The numbers that worked for me were:4, 3, 8 6, 7, 2
9, 5, 1, 1, 5, 9
2, 7, 6 8, 3, 4As far as getting them in there, starting on the left column and working to the right, column by column, is what worked for me (but there was probably some luck involved)
As for Calm Mind, I think whether you have it or not depends on when you started your save file? So I don't think it was in this episode... No 100% sure on that though.

Sorry, I don't know what each switch should be at for wherever you are in the game, so I don't think I could fix it properly.
On a side note, I've traded with myself on one laptop before, so it is possible
or it used to be at least, that was a few years back now
