    Is that a mono or a twintail?

    And to this:

    You are able to read, or not?

    My Name is BrutaLotus, part of it is from "Brutalanda" => "Salamence".

    So this is a fusion with Dialga, Skarmory and Salamence.

    And for the black background, I found this fusion with some annoying numbers in the background,

    but I'm not so skilled with paint that I can change that into some beach or mountain background.

    And what part of it is "Zoomed out"?

    The dragon itself is original from the artist who made it, only the background was changed :)

    (except for those ittybitty tiny eyes, which I made a little bigger, but they are still too small)

    And if I'm in a forum and I got to make an avatar which represents ME in it,

    I take one which got a connection to the name I took for that forum.

    If you want to watch cute girls, google 'em.

    And I like to get a real answer to my earlier asked question, from someone who HAS seen the two Anime.

    Not from the categories "Don't know about them", "Haven't seen them" or "Don't want to see them".

    I'm not at the actual episode yet (that means I didn't see it mentioned in its debut-episode), but what I've heard from in this thread, it sounds more like there's a condition to it like with the Nen User in HunterxHunter.

    That you have to get into a certain state of mind or offer something in return.

    Maybe this got a time limit depending on situation or person, but that is speculative.

    What gives credibility to this theory is imo the fact, that df user lose power when in contact with water or something "similar" (like the seastone).
