Vaggelis

I recently updated from v12 to the latest version and it seems that a whole ton of new stuff was added (dens, crests, new tms, revamped routes and new content in general). I would like to get into all this stuff but i couldn't find any changelog to see what was added and I wouldn't like to start a new save. Could someone point me out where to find information in all this? Especially regarding red essence and dens (since the event explaining them seems to have happened after goldenleaf town)

So..in icefall cave, in this section, you can only go down the ladder or one of the two holes, however.. if you have battled this trainer before then he blocks the way to the exit the only option out of this area is this ladder here, which leads in the area of image no. 1.. the weird thing is that the trainer isn't going back to his position (probably because only ladders and holes are involved and not caves). Essentially the player is stuck

The last time I played this game was in 2016.. I finished the content of that episode (The last thing I remember and the developers said that would need a lot of work .. and that was definitely before 7th generation pokemons were introduced). So would someone help me and explain me what I have missed? Any important game play changes? Anything I should know? (What's the mod market btw?) I really like how the game continued and didn't fade..Bravo to the developers for continuing the project
