The 3rd gym badge gym(4th gym in Lapis) Thanx alot guys]

So i've just beaten the 3rd gym in Lapis recently and defeated team Magma but i have no idea where to go. I've been to the closed gym near Beryl Bridge and been into the icy caves where one finds the level 57 Beartic and also to the dark caves(don't have flash yet and can't find it) at Beryl cemetery, so i'm kinda stuck please help.
