Chucho

So i finished both aqua side quests and now Archer is supposed to tell me how to acces the 7th street, but he only says: "With Magma Gang out of the way perhaps we can finally get back to normal...If you ever need someting from us, Chucho, you just say the word". I keep talking to him to see if he says something about the 7th street bot nothing happens... help?
