phermosa has way to much coverage and variety. She can run life orb, band, scarf, etc. A simple set to sweep is that she has high attack (adamant nature) with high speed (which is already high enough) give her a scarf she outspeeds most mons and gets her attack bosted every time she knocks one out. She cant stay in ou. she too strong for it.

That setup I said above is just one of the many builds you can give her. She has so much more builds

Well, while everything you said is very true, there are some very simple ways to deal with pheromosa. Pheromosa's movepool is far from diverse, forcing it to only run dual STAB with ice beam and poison jab as fillers, so there are some pokemon capable of walling this thing, specifically bulky poison types like Toxapex, and Mega Venusaur have the bulk and typing to switch into pheromosa. Mega Sableye can efficiently wall it as well. (on mega venusaur's case, not as much beause its recovery is limited to synthesis and its defenses and typing are less ideal than toxapex's and mega sableye's, but its still an option)

We can also see that pheromosa has some non-existent defenses meaning priority of any kind blows it into next christmas, meaning talonflame, dragonite, bisharp, mega pinsir, weavile, and others can OHKO it with their priority moves. Pheromosa may be a hard hitter, but its definitely not broken.

[How do i defeat Ciel?]

Sounds like u defo need a different mon to take it on. Ice types are good against her whole team, especially if they know ice shard or are just fast enough to outspeed some of her team. Beartic is pretty slow unfort and would probably die to Hyper voice like you said. When I took her on in my last playthrough I had a Sturdy Golem and Weak Armour Vanilluxe, at levels 70ish (cant remember exactly), if you wanted to try either of those, you can catch their pre-evolutions around the mountain close by, but I don't think you can avoid putting in the effort to train another mon, sorry.

I got lucky. Ursaring critted the mega altaria with thrash. I feel happy and guilty now. Happy bc i won, guilty bc i made this post too soon. >.>

[How do i defeat Ciel?]

Ok, so as you can probably see, i'm having a hard time beating Ciel in Pokemon Reborn.

My current team is Greninja, Ampharos, Noivern, Scrafty, Ursaring, and Arcanine.

My team is capable of beating every one of her pokemon- Except for the Mega Altaria. My bulkiest pokemon is definitely Ampharos, and its getting freakin' vaporized by a field boosted Hyper Voice, which none of my other pokemon except for arcanine can survive, plus the mega altaria has earthquake, so Arcanine gets blown back too. Greninja and Noivern outspeed it, but can't do nearly enough damage to take it down.

help me please

I have a level 65 beartic in the PC, but I'd really rather not train it to level 75, and theres still the high possibility that hyper voice ohkoes it. i used up my last focus sash at the ditto-arceus incident.

Any suggestions?

Hello, Reborn Community!

I just wanted to say: OUTSTANDING GAME. 75/10

This game actually had me stumped a few times, i had to actually think of a strategy to beat most of the gym leaders. The plot line is very good and i like the concept of terrains which had actually turned battles around considerably a couple of times for me, Although, i'm still stuck on Ciel at the moment. (Her Ace completely slaughters my team, lol) All in all, very good game, so kudos and thanks to Amethyst and her team for working so hard on this, i'm sure it wasn't easy.

Anyways, enough about the game, let me introduce myself. My name is Drew. I'm very happy to become a part of this community, and very excited for the new episode of reborn (if i can beat Ciel, lmao) And i'm sure that i will make a lot of friends here! I am a pretty cancerous Funny guy who likes to crack jokes, although not in excess. I am a very nice person but my fuse can be lit almost instantly because i am very easy to offend. I like to watch anime (Shoutout to my anime fans out there) and play video games, especially action or suspenseful games like Call of Duty, Corpse Party, FNAF, Dragon Ball Xenoverse, etc. I also like to listen to music, and unlike most people, genre doesnt matter, if i like it, i'll just go with the flow.

My favorite Pokemon is Excadrill.

Yea, it let me enter the name of my character and my starter, but any other pokemon i catch, it just inputs backspace.

also, ill be happy to send the save file if it can solve my problem.

Ok, ok, just hear me out. When i try to nickname a pokemon, the game inputs backspace as if i was holding it down. i went to the "Common bugs" and did the solution, as they said restarting your computer would help. but heres the thing. i restarted my computer over 40 times (im not kidding, i restarted 41 times and counting, im restarting it again as i type.) and it still acts like im holding down backspace. I went to Microsoft PowerPoint, and i can type normally without backspace being backspace spammed. I really didnt want to risk being locked, but i went onto reborn showdown for some help, and they told me i wouldnt get in trouble if i tried the solution and it didnt work, so yeah,

I really need help because nicknaming Pokemon is a must for any playthrough that i do, and it looks lile an extremely promising, well made game with good plot and an introduction of field effects really caught my eye, but unfortunately, i may have to part ways with this game if i am unable to name my pokemon.

So, any suggestions?
