One of my least favorite things about Reborn is that we don't get Fly til around the last few Gyms. It's for story purposes, but still, it would make backtracking easier.
Technically we still can't fly it was only given in episode 15 and you can't fly to most places, though you are right it would make it much better, but how else would you learn the city so well
