    It might be worth mentioning the Grand Hall Trainers. I don't know precisely when you can begin to challenge them, but I do know that it's before Shade's Gym and after Corey's. Now for things that I know. EDIT: You can begin to challenge the Grand Hall Trainers after beating Corey.

    You can get an Espurr in Peridot. It's the house that's blocked off by the guy near Julia's Gym, pay him about 200, he'll let you pass. You need Pokésnax, and training up.

    No, you can't get it at the museum if you switch back to E14.

    You can go between Agate Circus and Reborn City after you've finished E14 content but before going to the Water Treatment Plant, so you can revive and train up the fossil Pokémon then.

    It has to be a thunderstorm or windy for Zangoose's first encounter. Not sure about the time of day though, so it might be dependent on that.

    I don't think that you can get the fossils from Spinel Town anymore. You can get them later on in Agate Circus, and you can revive them between episodes.
