what pokemon type would you suggest? for example: Dragon/Rock with the ability Water Absorb

May seem odd but I would like to see a Grass/Fire type pokemon with either Flash Fire or Water Absorb as the ability because I think that would be interesting.

A ghost-Normal Eeveelution which requires level-up and fainting in the same battle. Perhaps an ability like Cursed Body/Infiltrator to accompany it.
