You can dig it up, like Fossils.

Spiritomb is not available, as there is not enough people in the forest as far as I know.

You can just speak to the same people over and over again 300 times.

Get a crobat. Teach it acrobatics and cross poison and you'll destroy him. Not only has crobat helped me with every single battle since I got him, but he's also the best Mon on my team and I still use him today.

If that's not an option acrobatics on anything should do just fine.

Swampert is a decent pokemon in reborn. Aside from its horrible weakness to grass types, it makes for a good tank that can hit hard. Plus it's one on of the few pokemon that can learn earthquake naturally. I've been using one for a while and it's helped me out in multiple areas.
