You literally just have to talk to the person to the right of the Nurse in the Lab. She'll ask if you want to go in. It's unlocked from the start...

my bad the odd key was it. Also where is the long way around when the group see the vines in terajuma forest? Do I need to surf to somewhere outside the forest cause I've been looking for this long in the forest with no luck :/

I got lucky with this fight. since yvetal basically missed everything .-. leech seed took out yvetal and paraseed took out goodra. then salamance came along and well the rest is up or imagination.
