The obvious choice would be speed, and its probably the second easiest stat to ev in if you follow my ev guide (asuming your talking about Lampent)

If your talking about Mareep, then bulk is key, decent amount of HP and SpA, maybe some Def as well

well crud i made the lampent sp.d and sp.a cause no dusk stone and a base speed of 55 isnt worth me going for speed. So im hoping for a way to decrease ev stats. Thx for the suggestion for mareep.

You can use many FPS altering programs but I use CheatEngine. Note that using a speed multiplier of about 10 or higher will not have any effect, for some reason or another. 5-8x is the best for me. Also, in laggy areas the game will seem choppier than usual.

I think it's because Melia hasn't used any Pokemon with moves that hit all Pokemon on the field. In the Saki/Venam double battle IIRC Venam was spamming Surf or something along those lines. And when you team up with them later they'll get you killed. It's so annoying.

There are two gems. The second gem is in Amethyst cave, just keep looking. It's not that hard to find.

Yes you can, but this doesn't really change anything too much or break the game in terms of making it super easy. You get the daycare after 3rd gym and you can just breed Pokemon. Going back and catching another Toxicroak isn't very helpful.

i just found it interesting tht u could get it again. least it gives u a second chance at natures and possible moves tht u accidentally deleted.

when u see the first tree and above it you see a ledge, you have to go around and jump off the other ledge to reach it. You have to enter that tree from behind and the TM will be there plus a notebook there if u want to read it for laughs.
