for the litwick event i cant get to the other gem because a boulder is in the way. do i need to beat the 7th gym before i can even do this or how do i remove this boulder?

my bad the odd key was it. Also where is the long way around when the group see the vines in terajuma forest? Do I need to surf to somewhere outside the forest cause I've been looking for this long in the forest with no luck :/ I found it, literally look at all but this area of the forest

I can't seem the find the odd keystone, spent 2 hrs on it. Help ;-;
