it's the boss side quest in blackview, you need to find his mons, then battle him, he gives you a choice of 4 eggs or leftovers, one of the eggs is togepi

re-wondertrade mons over the lvl cap, and never miss a chance to get a new mon, that way you will have an army, with it you can switch your mons between battles to follow a strategy

thank you for the kind words, but all i did is modernize snakewood's azombarill (never play that game if you didn't already)

 

and the white dots are shading from the original sprites, azumarill's back sprite strangly doesn't have any
