  1. Yeah, those are thing to consider. The rare candies would have to be completely out of any shop.

On the other hand, for example, the level 35 cap before Marianette, i think is used mostly for us not to get the third stage of our starter just yet as it -maybe-.. -but not really as Marianette is a powerhouse- would make it easier than it is supposed to be.

  2. Jan won't let us get legendary till post game. but I do think we will see all the legendaries befor post game

Yeah, now that i think about it i do remember him saying that, but you know, it could be a good final battle detail, or something like that. Maybe just let us use them for one battle and then something happens to them -cof Team Xen cof-.

Knowing our luck, Team Xen already has both of the dragons on their side and we'll probably have to free one of them while Melia handles the other one (Reshiram FTW!!!).

That would be really.. trolly lol But it would be interesting to know HOW or WHO captures those legendaries, like the Yveltal or the Mewtwo, those are two big powerhouses, so who handled them? We'll know someday..

  3. Hey there! I've seen many people complaining about the Level Cap, and how annoying it is for our pokémon to disobey us mid-battle without us being able to do something about it (not even losing a turn to use a Reverse Candy mid-battle, which could also be an option).

So i'm here just to present another option i heard from Shofu, actually, and i thought it wouldn't be bad to point it out just in case you didn't know. In other games there IS a Level Cap, but it's handled a little bit different: Instead of your Pokémon disobeying you once they reach the cap, they get 1 exp every time they defeat a pokémon.

That way it would take AGES to grind, making it practically impossible. I don't really know how hard it would be to implement it, just giving some ideas!

Feel free to share opinions and suggestions!

  4. So! As we all now, legendary Pokémon have always been kind of the bosses of the games, alongside the Elite 4 and the Champion, which we have also seen in Rejuvenation, as we have fought against Groudon, Kyogre, Giratina and Mewtwo if i recall correctly.

The case with Reshiram and Zekrom is different as they choose a hero each one of them, so the question becomes clear, who do you think will be the two heroes of these legendary Pokémon?

The case in Black and White was pretty straight forward in some way, as the main character got one, and the other was for the antagonist, in Rejuvenation we have many different characters referred by the prophecies, and we have also seen some trainers have legendaries themselves, like Madame X and Geara. So, may we get one of these at one of the latest stages of the game as our legendary to use?

I do think we'll get to choose (directly or indirectly) one of them (Zekrom FTW!), but i'm not sure who'd get the other, maybe Melia? (Even though for now she is on our side). Feel free to write your opinion :)

  5. I'd say the one i enjoyed the most playing was V5, as it was the first one i played (came a little late) and it caught me with many surprises, i love V6, but as i replayed it i didn't enjoy the suspense of not knowing what was going to happen for more than half the game, except certain parts like Melia in the Blacksteeple Castle, or.. the Castle itself lol

What came after V5 story-wise was amazing, being revealed some stuff about Team Xen, complemented by Eli and Sharon that confessed they don't even want to be part of that, and Crescent taking an even more important role, yeah, great so far!

Also, regarding the part where you speak with Eli and Sharon at the top of Valor Mountain (before the battle), what's the song that plays? I'm pretty sure it's different from the regular one..

  6. What i did is teach my Jellicent Rain Dance and pair it with Manetric's Thunder to get her Typloshion out as early as possible so i could paralyze it and then Donphan could do it's work.

So far i haven't had the necessity to train any other pokémon that isn't in my current main team, but i wouldn't mind if i had to, as i already have 7 pokémon that i really like (available at the moment) so i might train them all to have more options in the future (as long as i like them, i'll use them).

  7. In my case, i started to feel like it was underwhelming right after beating Valerie, but as i am kind of stubborn and i like using Pokémon i do like and not what, well, "works best", i came up with this little strategy:

Jellicent w/ Rain dance and Manetric with Thunder, that way it actually has a reliable STAB (and strong) move, this not only works on double battles (which i also have a Telepathy Noivern to help my wombo combos)

After all, you're making a team, right? Teamwork is important.

Edit: Almost forgot, my Jellicent has Hex, which destroys everything if my Manetric (that also has thunder wave) gets to parahax something.
