    Ok I'm in 7th street and I battled everyone, talked to everyone now what do I do? There is a building there and it's locked so what do I do to follow El and save Luna?

      Read everyone's dialogues, including the merchants in the bottom left. They'll eventually mention Bennett going into the Watering Hole, which is that place where you can heal, the rest is easy from there.

      you should walk into a building down in seventh street to heal your pokemon and then walk out and it should trigger the event/
