IVs are the individual values of the pokemon. They are the second of those two columns. They range from 0 to 31 and increase the stat with the following formula: IV * level / 100. This means that at level 100 31 IVs in speed for example give +31 to the pokemon's speed. They are random for the pokemon, got when you find them on the wild or when hatching (though some are inherited) and can't be changed. 31 IVs are considered perfect IVs while 0 is thw e worst you can have.

I'm not sure if the IVs/Evs of the boss pokemon are maxed out so I don't know if I can help anymore.
Does Mamoswine know ice shard? This should shut down Archeops.
I would try training up Electrode as my Jolteon manages to outspeed all of Ciel's pokemon and use thunder wave to slow down Noivern, Togekiss, or Altaria so that Mamoswine can go in for the kill. I think you could just ice shard Noivern so that you only need to thunder wave Altaria or Togekiss. Thunder waving Talonflame is also a good idea.
Edit: EV train Mamoswine to 252 atk evs which should allow its ice moves to deal more damage and maybe score KOs

Using ice types isn't really a good idea unless you know you can outspeed mons like Togekiss since moves like Aura Sphere hit like a truck in that field.
Can you tell me the ivs and nature of Mamoswine? Include the EVs if possible.
A jolly 252+ speed / 252 atk / 4 hp Mamoswine should be able to deal with Togekiss and Altaria if you have a good ice move.
I might load back to a previous save file to check out the gym again.

Any mon with a good priority move for Archeops should shut it down. Stealth Rock users that can survive a hit would be nice (I don't know any that you can catch though)

Are the natures and IVs of the character's partner pokemon (i.e eevee) predetermined or random?

30% occurs so commonly that you will not only cripple resisted switch-ins but also dent neutral/SE opponents that aren't related to Blissey and then proceed to kill them if they are paralyzed or don't out-speed. Standard but effective Galvantula ^^

I think this is a common bug in Reborn - I vaguely recall reading a similar situation occurring once or twice.
As far as I know, none of the bosses have Skydrop so you shouldn't encounter this in storyline encounters (not sure about trainer ones)

Odd. Shouldn't deleting items in the desktop send it to the recycling bin first?
Your friend should consult a computer expert as Reborn itself is 100% safe from my own experience - I am not sure they can do anything about the files but this issue is a threat if it just deletes everything on the desktop.
What I am not sure about is how the files were highlighted. Check if they have a back-up to use system restore if possible.
Tell them to prioritize seeing a computer expert (if possible, a relative that is one for an occupation).

If my memory serves me correctly (it never really does when I need it to). This is how the events played out for me for the team that Nova is in.
Team Crescent were the ones that threw the PC off the ship (no one throws me off the ship!) probably nearly drowning me. They then go to chase your friends (I really cannot remember clearly) and nearly killed Ava (although I do understand that they don't usually kill people and this was the action of one person in a large group) which then led to my character hating the group since that person belonged to a group you were fighting just before the encounter (I thought along the lines of "I don't give a damn about this Moltres, you cannot just chuck a friend of mine into lava..."). The hate was more of a spur on the moment reaction for my PC.
By the time Nova popped up in Shiv's memories (did she?) I started listening to how the world can be saved by putting everyone to sleep which seems more like running away and inevitably leading to everyone dying in reality (Probably missed important information here).
On the other hand, by the time Shiv popped up he wasn't really aligned to any team so I didn't have initial way to think of him and he did 'help' you I guess. Some of his backstory is shown where he seems to accept the mistakes he has done and tried to amend it (in my opinion) instead of running away from it.
This seems really biased towards favoring Shiv more but the first impressions were really strong for me. I don't want to join someone's group that tried to drown me, kill my friend, then try to 'save' the world through some mean that is probably worse than it sounds.
Through typing this I have learned that my memory sucks as I only started this game yesterday... and still can't remember stuff clearly.
Can someone please correct me on the information that I got wrong? I really want to understand this game's world and events but my memory just doesn't let me recall things properly ;-;

My favorite is also the Tropius Egg Quest mainly because of the
'Powerful Staraptors' iirc
My least favorite was the Black Shard Quest because my game kept crashing in a certain area of the jungle ;-;

I just started this today and since I was pretty irritated that the rngoddess kept on giving me bad ivs/nature so I restarted for a pretty 'long' (I was pretty tired then >.>) time.
I got this:
In the end I got countered hard by that Beedrill and Fire Gym
Had to raise a Quagsire which kept missing mud bomb ;-;
Side note: I always seem to find the fire gym hard in Reborn/Rejuvenation and now Desolation XD
Edit: Very good fangame I must say ^^ It's just that I'm unlucky most of the time (mainly battles)

Your dedication is fascinating.
I do hope that I can help a little after this year to help but I'm still in my last year in school and I am just applying for jobs now.
On the subject of difficulty... mania seems like the most insane option so I'll choose it.

Type: Water
Ability: Pure Water (pretty bad name for a made up ability :/ ) - Has immunity to electric type moves and if hit by acid/alkali (if any exist) or mineral based moves will lose this ability until switched out. Smelling salts doesn't actually use salt from what the initial meaning of the move was.
HP: 130
Atk:75 (+10) - They do have a tendency to add numbers to unwanted stats
Def:90 (+30)
Sp. Atk: 130 (+20)
Sp. Def: 125 (+30)
Speed: 75 (+10)
Ideally, stats won't ever be added to speed and atk if a mega version ever existed but the chances of that and a mega eeveelution ever popping up is probably way less than 1 in a million.
Since pure water should be able to insulate electricity I just tossed in the electric immunity
Still less of a cheat ability than abilities like levitate for electric types (since those also stop ground hazards from wearing them down)

Assuming all the pokemon you will face here will be Dragons.
Most dragon type moves with get an effective x3 multiplier (including STAB) so Fairies will be pretty essential if you're not going to wreck up the field.
...I'll need to wreck up the field or else my team will get swept considering that dragon-types already have nice stats.
I'm scared ;-;

Edit: Doesn't seem to work for me. EQ doesn't appear to pass onto Corsola so I don't think I'll be able to breed EQ onto Archen then...

The fact that you beat Charlotte means that you're pretty good (I got wrecked so many times)
Is it possible to ask you for the RAW stat values? My Glaceon outspeeds Togekiss and Altaria sometimes and it has 124 so I assume you need more than 124 speed to outspeed those two.

Does your Electrode know thunder-wave? It's a very fast pokemon.
