Most can be found by mining (mining kit obtainable in under the grand stairway (requires rock smash)) Plume+cover by doing agate circus puzzles Sail+jaw can be found on a sidequest at 7street TPP cult building (requires helix fossil) Fossils can be revived in spinel town (1000/fossil)
