    Is there any way I can get a Arcanine/Growlithe with Morning Sun and Wild Charge? I am aware that I have to switch to pre-13 to pass down TM moves also.

      You can find it in Mysdia Railcave, which is found in the Chrysolia Forest.

      If you don't know what that is, then you're probably not at that point in the game. If you do know what the forest is, but not what the cave is, then go to the forest during a windy night and you should find a pathway in the southeast part of the forest that was not there before.

      Wild Charge being a TM move cannot be passed down due to gen6 breeding mechanics. Morning Sun can, though.

      IMO you don't need Morning Sun in-game because of ice creams. Your best bet for electric coverage remains Thunder Fang for now.
