where can i download patch 10?

Just defeated both of the puppet masters and the game froze, so i quick saved and reloaded the game to see if it would fix it and it hasn't, any ideas how to fix this.
i've put my save file in this incase anyone needs it to fix it thanks -

i'm stuck on ??? in kristiline town help centre, i accepted the quest and he says he's on terajuma shore, but i go there and nothing happens i even checked the jungle but htere was nothing any help?

i dont know if this counts as a V8 Bug but when ever i try and load my save file it doesnt work, but my other save file works, its saying [TypeError, "incompatible marshal file format (cant be read)\n\tformat version 4.8 required; 0.0 given", ["Section056:2124:in 'oldload"", "Section056:2124:in'load'"", "section134:55:in 'pbSetUpSystem"" , "Section134:54:54:in 'open"", "Section134:54:in 'pbSetUpSystem"", "Section134:150"]] I would of put a picture up but i honestly dont know how, all i did was save my game and closed my laptop, came back on and it started saying it, any help would be great thanks

Hello, this isn't to do with gym help but I don't know where else to put this, but where do I go after defeating kyogre? Been searching for hours and nothing has happened, not even a hint, the only thing I've got is the shadow he key, is that where I go? If so how do I get there?

Dont know if this is considered a spoiler but just incase
i've just started the new episode and got to the train puzzle part and have no idea what i'm doing (or even if this is the right way) can you guys tell me where i'm supposed to go and how to get through the train puzzle, thanks
