This game. Holy shit!
We had all 3 inhibitors down for about half the game. We turtled, sion and I got the right CC, and everyone would die. We'd make a little progress on their base, take dragon to ensure they didn't get five, and repeat. Eventually, we finally made the great comeback after catching all of them off guard in their own base.
God Hooks and all. I think Tacos is Madlife in disguise people

Exactly Ezreal just takes more time to scale up now. Hurricane Kalista forst item really isn't optimal anymore, I don't like the early life steal since I'm an extremely passive laner, however I do like Bork with BT on Kalista the damage with the attck speed gives you a good ammount of burst with rend.Pretty solid list but I've never seen Ezreal first-build Infinity Edge.
Manamune first is what's "in" right now.

Well, Bork is definitely a very good first item on Trist. BT is a bit iffier, but until I'm more comfortable laning, I'm gonna stick with it
Go with what you like, I'm not sold on Bork on Trist, I feel the BT passive is just beter

I usually play Trist towards later game, so getting the lifesteal helps me stay safer early. Swapping to IE earlier is certainly a good idea, just not for me and my terrible ADC-ing >_>
Normally trist is a pretty safe laner in general, if you get into trouble you can just rocket jump away. I know where you are coming from but I wouldn't finish bt or bork, they are at that point kind of a waste. Good lifesteal item if you are feeling unsafe is a Vamp Scepter and then finish IE go PD into which ever one you prefer. It's a decent amount of lifesteal and it isn't to expensive

and the fastest tower clear speed you will ever see. A kill can secure you at least a tower and a halfOnly recommendation I have is swapping when you get your life steal item and IE. You generally have enough sustain early if you buy a few health pots each back. Also if you get IE early, once you get your PD, your crit chance will be increased as well as being able to get more IE enhanced crits out with increased attack speed, which is a pretty big early power spike.

honestly i was just listing items that I fond go pretty decent, i like sorc shoes on Kog for the mpen for his e and ult but very rarely do it. Merc scimy i like for the qss active it just makes me feel stonger against heavy cc comp, as most people don't expect you to destroy them after they stun you.Wouldn't exactly consider these builds optimal. Corki's is alright, just a little more situational. The Mercurial Scimitar can be traded for any defensive item necessary, and BT and Bork should be varied depending on the size of their tank line.
For Kog'maw, Sorc Shoes aren't exactly optimal. He benefits much more from attack speed, considering his entire kit revolves around his immense DPS with percent health damage.
For Kog'maw, a build like: TriForce->Bork->Greaves->Phantom Dancer->Last Whisper/Infinity Edge->Whichever you didn't get (LW or IE) will be far more optimal.
Your standard ADC build is alright, but the order should be more like: IE->Greaves->PD/Shiv->Vamp Scepter->Last Whisper->Complete Bloodthirster-> Defensive Item.

ER while being better with combat stats then BT it's mana regeneration passive isn't that good for it to be a priority item, BT while having less damage it has the shield passive which makes it extremely good. Ezreal benefits from ER but why waste almost 1000 gold on a passive Tear can gove you for 700? Manamune is more cost effective. (Can't you tell I'm waiting for ER to get buffed?)It's not the worst. In fact it gives more DPS than the Bloodthirster while being 300G cheaper. But in many cases it's better to do some tank-shredding with Bork, or stay healthy with the Bloodthirster's increased life steal and overheal.
It's not really an optimal item on too many ADCs though. I see it most often on Ezreal, Lucian, Varus and Ashe.

Very surprised more people don't play him on URF... the ult has almost no cd and you can continuously rift walk past 6.... yet he's overshadowed by the Homeguard TP Helicopter Hecarim

Essence Teaver isn't that great for ADC's for the combat stats it gives it's quite useless. Corki and Kog TF, LW, IE, BT, Sorc Shoes, and then finally Merc Scimy. The other ADC's IE, BT, Ghost Blade or BoTRK, LW, attack speed boots, shiv or PD

Welp, considering ADC is my worst role, it was my first time playing Vayne on pvp and my support didn't actually get to play until the very end of the match, i think i did pretty decently. I managed to 1 v 3

I believe there is a game in Agate Circus where you can get Archen or Tortuga, but I didn't complete them because I didn't want them so maybe, maybe not. I assume this because the puzzles have Archeops and Carracosta as the pictures and a "rare" fossil as a prize. Someone else can confirm though.
I can confirm that is how you get the Plune Fossil and Armor fossil (or what ever fossil is Tirtouga's)

11. Annie. Her stun is up almost permanently, and once she stuns you, there is no escape. After level 6 tibbers is up forever, and flash+tibbers every minute is insane.
12. Ezreal. Ap version. Spam q every second, e every 4 seconds, ridiculous. With ludens echo, his ult will do 80% hp to everything it hits, not to mention 15s cd.
13 Veigar cd on Q and E is instant
14 Karthus is very similar, and his ult is every 40 seconds which can insta turn a fight
