im not sure if i did something wrong or...

  2. Actually, Meowstic only has 83 base Sp.Atk, which is really not that good. It can't even compare to other Psychic types like Reuniclus (only in speed, but Reuniclus gets Trick Room, which lets it outspeed anything it wants). What I'm asking is "are you willing to try get a shiny of a specific Pokemon or not?". If not, but oyu do want advice, list the other shinies you have.

She's been doing a good job where she needs to... I use Meowstic a lot though that may just be personal preference. It depends on the pokemon, i mostly just went for getting shinies of every type possible so i can have a lot of verity in this run. Advice isn't needed though i appreciate you offering!

a few of the shinies i got recently are fennikin, beldum, absol, huntail, litwick...

  3. So since you're doing a shiny-only run and all, so do you want any team advice or not? Either way, I'd say ditch Meowstic.

Well i just finished Ep.15... and Tia has been very useful actually with its move diversity and high Sp.A but thats me. I have 2 other boxes of shinies on standby to be trained

  4. So i recently finished a shiny run of reborn and i wanted to show off my team a bit! i trained many pokemon but the point of this challenge was to use only shinies that i manage to catch through out the game (softresetsoftresetsoftreset)

but anyways my team after beating Ceil was these adorable pokemons~

    post-52608-0-52631300-1441915908_thumb.png

Fernace and Armaldo being the star players

At the moment, im just training and hunting for more shinies cause im a collector

  5. Golem would probably be your best bet to be honest.... rock/ground so it can't get paralyzed and air slash won't hurt too much. stealth rock/smack down would actually be good. and if you have a quick claw you can try and leave it up to RNG (Luck comes in handy as well)

though in my first playthrough i used emolga heheh...

  6. I asked this question before. To answer your question, no there's no shiny eggs. You will need to hatch the egg to know whether the Poke is shiny or not :D

Hopefully Ame include this in the future...

You have? i may have missed that topic ^ v^; but thank you for answering

hatching a pokemon i think has around 1/1619 chance of becoming a shiny

jeez soft resetting would take less time x ~x

If I were you, I'd try to get a Sludge Bomb/Thunderbolt Gastly instead of a Shiny one.

That movepool is soooo bad ):

i really like how shiny gengar looks... =T

im not that into competitive play

  7. Legitimately, i'm not sure if its possible to defeat it without a deep strat. i did 2 different strategies that helped me pass the thing. The first was poison it then let it slowly die, the second was i used prankster meowstic + flash to lower accurancy then a study golem to use earthquake. Of course, luck WAS on my side cause it kept trying to use focus blast and missed every time thanks to flash....

  8. The Pokemon game in general already had a multitude of powerful Pokemon that can shut down entire teams, so the fact that she increased the power of the opponents 2 fold and made the level cap the way it is makes it so that you don't have a lot of creativity as I feel people should have while completing this game. For example, why is there a level 75 arceus when all your Pokemon are like level 50? What "strategy" are you supposed to have versus that Pokemon that isn't supposed to be bad? That battle is definitely a low blow.

Just gonna put my 2 cents in here since i just recently beat said arceus (with a different file mind you) but yes there are so many strategies you can use to defeat the over powered pokemon the most famous possibly being the focus sash + perish song trick. I beat the arceus with my sturdy golem though so....

  9. Moon Stones sadly cannot be obtained until you get the Mining Kit, which you get around the fourth gym.

For a Water type, this is a pretty generic answer; but why not Greninja? You get it as a Shadow Pokemon, and it's pretty good throughout the game.

    Not sure about dig, however.

nah i use greninja a lot and i don't know if i just suck but in my other file training it was quite the hassle =T

ah, it's gonna be a while before i can get the moon stone tho huh, darn. thanks for your help though u vu

  10. I decided to start a new file in Rejuvenation and i'm wondering which water type would be best to bring along with me. I was thinking carvanha, but it's terrible defenses really turns me off (even though i love the pokemon). I also wanted to know if Moon Stones could be found early in the game and if Dig is available (i am packing a nidorino, dig would be very useful for it once i evolve it)
