Hey can someone tell me where the icy rock is for glaceon? Also there is supposed to be a guy stuck underground who gives you a sticker for rescuing him but I cant find him. Can someone point out where he is supposed to be please?

  Icy Rock is somewhere in either Ametrine Mountain or the mountain south of Shade's gym, I forget. Underground guy is in the railnet. If you explore enough you'll come across a dark area with a bunch of stairs. Bring Headbutt and I think Rock Smash, go down far enough and hit one of the poles with Headbutt...I think? Just do something down there
