So I've been running up and down all throughout the North Alleyway in Obsidia, where the Magma Gang is hanging out, and nada. Nil. Zilch. No Houndours. I saw about ten Mightyenas before I gave up and came here. I know you can get one at the end of the Magme/Aqua gang line, but I'd rather get it now, while it won't be too far behind my team and while I can use it against Shelly. Do I have to actually beat the Aqua gang to "unlock" wild Houndours, or have I just been really unlucky?
