Yes it is! Just keep pressing F12. It will shine for you soon enough.
Managed to get it, nice to know it could be shiny, must have read an old post about it being locked. xOx

Nope the Porygon is not shiny locked and here's mine to prove it.
Nothing is shiny locked(so far) and I would know. I F12'd for all the event pokemon available.
This was the one that was in the computer?

So i'm wondering if there are any locked shiny ones, i looked around some threads and i'm not sure if porygon is locked or not, anybody know? xOx

I read that you could get it from an officer by trading a growlithe in the police station, and the officer in the counter seems to want one but doesn't mention anything about a trade, would i need to have a certain amount of badges in order for that to change? or do some event?

Spiritomb has been axed to after the 10th Gym iirc. You need to get an Odd Keystone first (from mining, I think)

Also, does anyone know if cleffa is still in route 2? i don't think ive seen one so far, or would the encounter be during day/night?

Is it still possible to get spiritomb in the game? if u can, i remember reading that you had to talk to people 500 times in goldenleaf in order to get him, but i never tested it out.

Eevee naturally only has a 12.5% chance of being female, which is, coincidentally, the exact same chance that the traditional starters have. Ralts and Axew are your best bets for grabbing a Female Jackpot starter, as both have 50-50 odds for either gender.
Pretty low for eevee, guess i just have terrible luck, 9 jackpots in the span of 2 hours, 4 eevee's, 2 ralt's, and 3 axew's all male! QoQ

Is it even possible to get them female? or is the rate super low? if i remember correctly, in the games, male starters were like 75% and females at 25% not sure if that applies here to.
Just want my female eevee ~ TT^TT

Should be all of them except the Sail and Jaw fossils.

You get quick claw in the beggining of V7's plot. *Hint* Will remind you of R/S/E.

If I remember correctly, there's a NPC near Chrisola Hotel in the shopping part of Gearen City who will give you one. She should be next to a Pansear and/or a Happiny?
I don't think the npc is there anymore, i looked everywhere and couldn't find them, i saw a video of it and it appeared to be a pretty old gearen. owo"

You need to find the switch in Wispy Path that requires 4 badges and the door will open. Phantump will still be there.

Is it still behind the waterfall? i went there during night time and all i found was a cave with a door that has a 4 on it. ;<

They're both still jackpot starters, along with the new Eevee! In version 7, the chance of finding one of them is a bit higher, but they're all still very rare. Keep trying, if you want!

The last time i played was a few months ago when it was raltz and axew and couldn't get either of them when i was resetting an hour straight, so i was wonder if it was still both of them in the new version? ~3~

Do the Litwick event in Amethyst Cave. After you do that, you will see an Item Ball containing a Shiny Stone in the area where the quest ends. This requires Rock Climb, a Ladder (in Wispy Ruins; Wispy Path entrance w/ Rock Climb), and Rock Smash (to get the Stone). This event is pretty challenging. You also get Shadow Ball if you bring a Pokemon w/ Dig.

I actually found 3 budews in the span of like 30 minutes in corta forest, i skipped the time to morning just in case. On another note, does anyone know were shiny stone is at? gota have it ready for when i want to evolve my roselia.

Corta forest is East of Akuwa and requires Surf if I am remembering correctly. It's where you obtain Shroomish and Oshawot. The forest has Mankeys who like Chestnuts.
