I hope this is the right place to post this I was wondering how to get mudkip I've watched countless videos showing how but, still nothing First I went and talked to a man on the stairs saying that he thought he had seen a mudkip. Then next I made sure it was raining outside as that seemed to be how many of the videos were telling me. went to the building that lead to mudkip's location but it was locked please help
