I can trade you one right now if you're available, send me w/e you like in return.
  2. I can send you both now if you like, don't worry about sending the shiny froakie I already have one. Send me w/e you like.
  3. If you have Lileep or Anorith i'd be willing trade you a competitive Cranidos for either one.
  4. I've already apoligised for being too eager to quarrel so there was really no need to clarify your position, this was my attempt at defusing the situation before it escalted as I too feared a slanging match but I really do not appreciate the tone of your comments. Although they may appear civil they are laced with passive aggressive threats; basically don't annoy you else in future you'll refuse to help me, which i must say is a tremendous attitude to have. Being a game developer, admin, owner or whatever does not mean you automatically demand my respect or that you have any authority over me, respect is earned. I understand that your position is unlikely to be threatened in comparison to mine and you are correct that I probably would come out worse than you but if you think that will make me bend and cower like a meak little puppy you are mistaken.
  5. Apoligies, I didn't mean to be so pugnacious in my response I just took offense to the accusation of cheating but I can see I may of overreacted. I humbly tip my non existant hat to you all.
  6. Thank you for the replies guys and I already have episode 12 on my computer so I'll give it a go. Btw I wouldn't consider utilizing old game mechanics to get an archeops with earthquake to be cheating, if I wanted to cheat I would just download rpg maker and gen the pokemon in that way, you know similar to what you did to get a dragon dance tyranitar.
  7. That's a shame, I have seen some old posts on the forum that indicate it used to be possible so do you have any idea when reborn switched from 5th to 6th gen mechanics? I'll just go back to that episode and breed the move over that way.
  8. Hi there as you can probably guess from the title I was wandering which gen breeding mechanics does reborn use? I've been basing my builds of 6th gen but if it does in fact use 5th gen then I can exeriment more with my egg moves. Thanks in advance.
  9. Thank you I will give it a try, the only issue I see is that I don't think reborn uses gen 5 mechanics if it does then oh boy I'm going have some fun
  10. Same I'm currently running Umbreon, glaceon, sylveon and Jolteon all bred to perfection :)Two of which are actually shiny. Glaceons actually been fairly reliable for me its just his poor coverage and typing that holds him back, I had to put shadow ball on him just to make him viable. But if your looking for balance just rotate him around, I personally have around 18 pokemon in rotation who are all perfectly IV bred but sylveon and umbreon seem to be the most reliable of the eevee line. Here's my umbreon set: Brave nature 180 HP 148 ATT 180 Sp.def Synchronise Curse Moonlight Payback Confuse Ray Just confuse the opponent whilst setting up curse which boosts Def and attack whilst reducing speed, use moonight for recovery. Payback power doubles if you move after the opponent which is pretty much guarnteed under curse so your getting a +6 stab 100 base power move. He does get walled by taunt users and poke's who resist dark type but against most hes the ultimate tank. Btw Bepe how did you get earthquake on Archeops? it's not an egg move, its a tm and as of 6th gen tm moves do not get passed down.
  11. Funnily enough I was looking at using him myself a few days ago but talked myself out of it once i saw his ability but during that post it actually made me reconsider, you can just outspeed your opponent most of the time and hit harder and faster than they can hit you so I think your right that defiatist probably wouldn't be too much of a negative. What moveset are you running on him? Arcanine is a beast imo, so much love for that guy.
  12. Even though Reborn is significantly harder than a standard pokemon game it still allows you more freedom with team choice than say competitive battling. So keeping certain pokemon you like is fine and shouldn't effect your ability to beat the game too much but that being said there are a lot of shared weakness's within your team and competitively it would get destroyed. Most of your team is weak to ice, rock and water which are all fairly common types so this needs to be addressed. I take it you want to keep Charizard and Noivern as the core so it's important you bring pokemon that can deal with their counters or that wall them out, but first you need to address the movesets you're running on both charizard and noiverns which are far from optimal. This is how my charizard looks: Timid nature 252 speed 252 Spe.Attack Flamethrower Air slash Dragon Pulse Heat wave Having 3 movesets taken up by fire moves is not ideal, dragon pulse can be learned as an egg move for extra coverage. Noivern is mainly a special attacker but has some good utility as a support pokemon, with access to tailwind, whirlwind and roost you could set up a tailwind then sweep from there using whirlwind to make your opponent switch when walled. Whirlwind + entry hazard abuse is also an option if you put a stealth rocks/toxic spikes poke on your team. Using a move like superfang who's attack power drops when your hp drops on a pokemon with low base attack is pretty useless as well. There's a few sets you could use but again its dependent on what approach you take, I'd say the most standard one is: Noivern infiltrator/telepathy Modest nature 252 HP 252 Spe.Att Tailwind Roost Boomburst Dragonpulse Both noivern and charizard can hit most pokemon for at least neutral damage but steel and fairy types resist alot of your moveset on both pokemon with carbink and diancie completely walling you out. You may want to consider adding A: Additional fire support for the steel types B: A steel/poison type to deal with the fairy type and C: A water type to deal with the rock types. Empoleon is a good choice Steel+water dual type is a solid typing and he has some solid bulk but he would increase your vunerability to electric types, keeping nidoqueen is viable as she is immune to their electric weakness and has stab poison moves. Personally I'd abandon nidoqueen though, she has fairly average stats I'd bring in a pokemon like Mamoswine. Mamoswine has an insane attack stat, electric immunity and a decent speed stat (80) which under tailwind can make him a serious threat. Suggested set: Mamoswine - oblivious Adamant 252 attack 252 speed Icicle crash thrash earthquake Bite Keeping gardevoir is fine as she is a solid special attacker but most steel types resist her movepool meaning your last slot will most defintely be taken up a fire type. Arcanine is a solid shout and one of my personal favourites but you could also consider houndoom/camerupt or ninetales. Here's my Arcanine: Adamant nature 252 att 252 speed Close combat extremespeed flareblitz outrage This move set hits everything for at least neutral damage.
  13. Even though Archeops has a significantly higher base attack stat than other flying types he gets the ability defiatist which halves his attack and spe.Att stats when hp drop's below 50% which nerfs him considerably once hit. You could still use him as a revenge killer or go for a timid/jolly nature with full speed ev investment and just hope to outspeed and sweep then use U-turn on anything that walls him out but just know if you don't ohko your opponent archeops is probably going down. Rock flying is also a pretty poor typing with 5 2x weakness's which are are all fairly common and 5 uncommon resistances plus 1 immunity. I suggest this set: Jolly nature 252 attack 252 speed 4 hp item(none) U-turn Acrobatics Rock slide Double team/Dragon claw/Crunch Acrobatics power doubles to 110 when archeops uses no hold item meaning you get a very powerful stab flying move plus stab rock slide aswell. He does also get access to head smash (base 150+stab) but that comes at the price of 1/2 recoil, and half recoil+defiatist = insta nerf. Flying rock coverage hits everything neutral or super effective except steel and pure rock types so archeops should get a few ohkos. If you don't like the sound of defiatist, aerodactyl is a more reliable choice but lacks any serious stab flying moves other than Fly and sky drop and comes with some fairly useless choices of abilities. Rock head is a strong ability but aerodactyl lacks the move pool to take advantage of the no recoil with only take down available in game currently. Personally I'd go without introducing a flying type as flying is only super effective against bug, grass and fighting which are all fairly uncommon types and types your team currently has no problem dealing with. I'd focus more on team balance, currently you have 5 special attackers and potentially 1 physical attacker, 0 def and spe.def tanks and 0 status/hazard setters (arguably vileplume depending on movepool). I take it you want to keep the core of Drought ninetales + chlophyll vileplume solar beam abuse? If so ninetales, greninja and vileplume all offer solid type coverage. But I'd bring in a physical sweeper like arcanine who's fire moves would get boosted in the sun aswell. Move set: Arcanine Adamant nature 252 Att 252 Speed 4 hp intimidate or flash fire Close combat Extreme speed Outrage Flare blitz Solid coverage plus extreme speed has high priority turning most potential outspeed 2hkos in your favour. I'd probably stick a rain dish pokemon your team to absorb any water types aimed at your ninetales and arcanine, blastoise is a fairly reliable rain dish poke and has access to some fairly solid physical moves aswell but ludiocolo has better coverage and access to teeter dance so should be worth considering. Squirtle can breed with eevee aswell btw so if you have a 5-6iv eevee already breed away As for the 6th slot you can keep jolteon but his movepool is too limited for a glass cannon, I'd go for a magnezone to offer steel +electric coverage aswell as being physically bulky.
  14. If you have a helix fossil you can trigger the event in 7th street to get the jaw fossil for a Tyrantrum. Tyrantum is quite physically bulky and has immense attack power with only his typing letting him down really. If you use some heartscales on a male Arbok you can then breed thunder, fire and ice fang into a tyrantum which when combined with the strong jaw ability and access to earthquake and stab rock slide makes him a versatile physical attacker. You can also get a conkledurr from the agate circus who as fewer weakness's than Tyrantrum but lacks any fire moves. You could go for an Arcanine as long as you have a fire stone, having an intimidate pokemon is always useful aswell.Access to outrage, flare blitz, thunder fang, extremespeed, crunch and close combat make him a sold addition to any team.
  15. omg im so derpy thank you ive done it
  16. I'm sorry i dont' understand fully. I'm standing at the broken pulse machine now, directly above me is a ladder which i couldn't access before. If i go up the ladder it takes me to a place where theres a ledge, some ice and another ladder but it seems impossible to get to it what do i do?
  17. thank you for the link it did help with my next step. however considering the number of pages on that thread I think it will take a while before i get an answer. I went through the mountian and used dive and faught the iceberg/pulse machine but now am i totally lost I can see i now habe access to a ladder but when i go up the ladder it leads to another ice rink which is unpassable can someone please help me as im eager to start playing again.
  18. Hey guys I joined at episode 13 and completed the story and as many sidequests as possible aswell as breeding while i waited for episode 14 to come out. I took a break from reborn whilst i waited for the new episode to be released and now that i see ep14 arrived I am totally lost! Where exactly do I go now to continue the story????? Can someone please help me out.
  19. yeah I know bro i was referring to the hidden abilities/abilities nearly all get extra boosts in sandstorm.
  20. yeah the idea is to use as many pokemon that get boosts from sandstorm so most of them are ground unfortuntely. I have been thinking about substituting someone and luckily I have a near perfect iv emboar that knows sucker punch and superpower so that is an option.
  21. Sorry if my termonology was incorrect bro didn't mean to call them sweepers. I can't see much value in switching dragon tail, the main focus of this stratergy is to force the opponent to switch causing entry hazard damage so to remove this seems to remove one of the main selling points. And in terms of moves Im going for movesets which can currently be achievied in reborn as far as i'm aware ice beam can not be bred onto gastodon nor can scald ( i may be wrong) same with fire punch on flygon. Thanks for your feedback though i do like the moveset of metagross and switching swords dance on excadrill does make more sense as he has glass defenses and prob could only set up 1 swords dance if lucky. I was actually thinking maybe using this team in w/e gym battle I have a type advantage over. we all know amethyst likes to set up rapey field effects and movesets so this is my attempt at revenge I think your right in terms of movechoices however I'm trying to limit it to a setup I could achieve in reborn currently.
  22. Hey there guys, Usually when building a team I Just go with my favourites and try to get type coverage and thats where my statergy basically ends but I've decided to experiment with some weather teams and would like your thoughts on how this could be improved as this is my first ever designed team. Its a sandstorm team here's the set up and then I'll discuss stratergy afterward: Drillbur [Adamant] evs: 252 speed 252 Attack Ability:Sandrush item: Smooth Rock Sandstorm Earthquake Rock slide Swords Dance Forretress [sassy] 252 hp 252 def Sturdy leftovers Toxic spikes stealth rock Explosion Rapid spin Flygon [Jolly] 252 att 252 speed Levitate Smooth rock Sandstorm Rock slide Crunch Dragon Tail Gliscor [Adamant] 120 att 132 def 252 spdef Sand veil poison barb/leftovers Swords dance Sky uppercut Acrobatics Poison Jab Gastrodon [Quiet] 252 hp 252 spatt Storm Drain Leftovers Recover Muddy water water pulse Mud bomb Metagross Any setup . The basic stratergy Behind this is forretress goes into to set up multiple layers of entry hazards before selfdestructing probably killing the opponents lead pokemon. Flygon is then switched in to create a sandstorm that with smooth rock lasts 8 turns. Flygon outspeeds most opponents and hits constantly with dragon tail, dealing damage but also forcing the opponent to switch which in turns means hazard damage form the spikes. Drillbur is one of the only other pokemon who can set up a sandstorm in case flygon gets ko'd and with his sand rush ability can pretty much outspeed anything. Gliscor is just a massive tank, set up swords dance and sweep away, also has a lot of type coverage with his move pool. Gastidon is our only true special sweeper and has a lot of stab moves with insane spatt and hp aswell as recovery setup he should be able take a lot of things down and be a pain to get rid off. Metagross could be set up multiple ways so just adapt to what you feel the team needs. I'd love to her how this could be improved or thoughts on the current setup as this is my first ever designed team, including substituting pokemon/movesets. Thank you for reading please comment
  23. no way that sucks! Any suggested moveset for him instead hes got 255evs into def and spdef at the moment wth a relaxed nature (+def -sp). I want him to be a tanky support pokemon, current movepool: Reflect Light screen Recover Psychic I'm thinking of sticking trick room on him and maybe breeding acid armor onto a baby any thoughts?
