Alrighty, so I read that Barboach can be found in an alley in the Lapis Ward by fishing with an old rod. I'm assuming the alley is the Aqua Gang's base and the only water there is being blocked by the leader. I did the Aqua Gang side quests and beat the Magma Gang leader and Archer still stands in my way. I'd like to be able to grab Barboach before my team gets too much stronger. Just as a way to sort of rub it in my face, Archer tells me I can ask him for anything, all I really want him to do is take one step to his right but he won't even do that. Was I supposed to side with the Magma Gang to reach the fishing hole or can I still reach it somehow?
