Hey forum,
I've defeated Team Meteor's Tangrowth, found the third gym (poison) north of the pokemon center, and did the light tube puzzle.
However, when I enter the "secret" door, all I get is the poison battle field, surrounded by more tubes, regardless of the first room's tube colours upon entering. I've looked online for a solution (including this forum), and apparently I'm supposed to enter Corey's chambers instead.
Is this a known bug, or did the requirements for solving this puzzle change? If so, could you please tell me what I'm doing wrong? As I said, all walkthroughs and LPs on Youtube don't have this problem, so any help would be appreciated.
