Thank you so much! I kept walking back there every 10 minutes to see if anything changed ;_;. I can finally get my Scraggy

I heard that once you defeat the first tangrowth and the park goes back to normal you can find scraggy. I go back to the Obsidia Slums and the gate that was supposed to open is still shut. Now I'm already past Beryl Ward in the story and the gate is still closed!. Did i miss something or was there another requirement? Or is this a bug?
