1. Check for dive spots in Coral. They are pretty well-hidden, so you need to check every nook and cranny

 

2. Froakie, Snivy are not available yet unless you chose them as your starter. Likewise, Larvesta can only be obtained from the Mystery Egg. If your mystery egg did not hatch into a Larvesta, there is no way to get it.

Mr. Mime - Evolve Mime.Jr (you can trade it for a Sunkern in North Obsidia Ward)

Togepi - Trade a Probopass for a Togepi egg in South Obsidia Ward

 

To evolve Graveler and Kadabra, use a Link Stone on them.

As for the Stick, you can find it on 7th Street (a vendor sells it to you), and Slowpoke Tail is found in Coral Ward (talk to one of the fishermen there)
