  1. Your screenshot doesn't indicate that your game.rxdata is in the Reborn Folder. If you have 1.6.1., it should be in there.

oh whoops I forgot to scroll.

    here it is

thats my old save file that i backed up

  2. Holy smokes I haven't been here in forever. My laptop is finally fixed which means I downloaded Pokemon Reborn again. Luckily I decided to back up my save file on dropbox before my laptop died. I did the installation right for the mac, and the game is set to go. I go to retrieve my file and put it in the Reborn15 folder like I have done before for updates in the past. But its not showing up. I read the Reborn on Mac post before asking.

here are some screenshots. and just in case I attached my save file.

  3. The game keeps back up saves now, you can go to the save file folder, take out Game.rxdata, rename a back up save to Game.rxdata, then redo that bit and be sure to get the key before doing that room.

funny you say that because on the first try that is exactly what I did. but I guess I did something wrong along the way so I will redo it and I will edit my post if that fixes the problem.

EDIT: Problem has been solved thanks for the tips!

  4. So I thought this was just me making some mistake but when I beat the two Meteor grunts by the locked door with Titania, the water is still gone like Taka had left it. I go out and get the key to unlock the door and when I come back to the Jasper Water Grid the water is back and I can't pass.
EDIT: My file fails to upload on the thread. Follow this link for my save file.

    Screenshots in the spoilers.

  5. hey guys mind helping a gal out?

I started the new episode very recently and I think I am more than halfway through the water grid and right now I am in the Peridot section of the water grid and I want to continue.

I got the key and I went inside the room what was locked before, and it keeps saying the machine doesn't respond even though I beat the electrode there.

EDIT: I found the other unlocked room and its the same issue before and after I beat the electrode.

  6. ahh well that answered more than a few questions, especially since all of a sudden I got the familiars title.

also, thank you lots about the Ep. 15 info because I at least know now that there is progress and I can control the hype a little better! I also love the idea of making it forum-exclusive at first, it will give a chance for any bugs to be fixed within one space.

  7. it was a pain in the ass to level it up when it was still a low level noibat and it stats were shitty. BUT, soon as it evolved it became a beast of a pokemon and it's a pokemon that I have thus far not switched out for rotation. helped me snap Terra's garchomp like a wooden chopstick.

  8. Pulse Tangrowth was a piece of cake on my end. Charlotte, not so much. It was that fire field, man, I'm telling you. But everything else seemed plenty ok to beat, I didn't even use cotton candies till way later since I was all like "too expensive therefore no". I just earned money lol. Cotton Candies can easily be turned into normal revives and it will be fine as long as they are replaced with max revives.

  9. Considering that the availability of hyper potions, the HM Fly, and other high tiered items are unavailable at this point the Cotton Candy is not something to go ballistic about and is a good idea. In reality the game is already far into it, we have beaten 12 out of the 18 gyms, so more than halfway. The addition of the Cotton Candy item was perfectly OK in story and progress terms since there are no max revives to date.

I am a half casual half strategist, main focus is to go straight for the kill. But I get engaged in the story if it's a good one so I can be in a rush at times. But if that doesn't work right away Cotton Candies are right up my alley to get my team going. It's not as if the item gives you an insta-win; it takes just as long to beat a gym even without the item, sometimes even longer. The gyms are a hit or miss in this game; either you sweep them like I did Terra's, or takes several tries to beat like I did Charlotte's.

  10. Ehhh, they're already expensive and I like them as full revives. When your pokes are all but dead, with one survivor (which...happens a lot to me, lol), they are super handy.

I feel this, cotton candies have saved my ass from them gym battles so many times they're a godsend (or in this case arceussend...because poke gods)
