  1. Constrict; The damage is...incredibly low, and it only lowers speed by one. If I wanted to lower speed I'd use something like Scary Face, Rock Tomb, Sticky Web, anything that causes Paralysis, etc.

  2. Oh, my favorite area is definitely Agate Circus. There's just so much you can do there it's easy to lose track of time having fun with all the different stalls and games. Also, I'm a fan of clowns so that, and Megaterra get plus points~

Now, my least favorite area? I despise Chrysolia Forest. I cannot tell you how long I got stuck there trying to figure out that darn tree puzzle. :P

  3. Aside from the regional adventure with Ash & Pikachu, there's also Pokemon Origins, which is a really short anime-like representation of Red's adventure through Kanto. That's something I can recommend watching.

As for the main anime with Ash, it's doubtful that you'd enjoy it - after all, watching him make awful decisions is painful to watch.

That's because Ash is Red's shadow; He'll never be as good a trainer as he is. ;3

  4. Pokemon for me anyway, was good up until the end of Battle Frontier, then I just...kinda got bored with it. I tried watching both Diamond and Pearl, and Best Wishes, but while DP had a very good rival(reminded me of Silver), it...eh. Don't even bother with Best Wishes, that had to have been one of the worst openings to a season(Pikachu loses to a beginner trainer and a noobie Snivy wut?).

However, XY from what I've been watching is really good. Granted, it's childish, but that's what it's always been, childish with good battle sequences. You can also watch the movies for a good time. Even the DP movies I enjoyed(again...not Best Wishes.)

As for other good anime, there are plenty out there; My personal favorites being .Hack//SIGN, Ergo Proxy, Genesis of Aquarion, Cowboy Bebop, Code Geass, and One Piece(at least up until much later into the series with all the slow pacing and other stuff.). Pokemon Origins also deserves a shout-out for being like a true adaptation of what pokemon should be. 'Dat Charmander vs Squirtle scene. <3

  5. I prefer the majority of new shinies anyway...I mean look at Garchomp's original shiny, pfft. Yet, in Reborn it's just...just. (O)_(O) Yeah, it's pretty darn cool looking.

  6. Not all pokemon have new shiny sprites(Greninja for example), however with episode 15 bringing in the gen 5 shinies, a very large amount of pokemon have new shiny appearances.

  7. Ability capsules, at least as far as I know will go to the next ability in order including hidden abilities. They didn't use to work like this instead just giving a random ability, but now for example if Mightyena starts with Intimidate, it'll move onto Quick Feet, and then Moxie.

  8. Chubb pretty much just said what I like about the game, lol.

If I had one favorite thing though it'd be Cain. The game of course could survive without him, and he does tend to try pushing the boundaries on occasion, but he's a lovable character, and my personal favorite, with Megaterra being a close second. :3

Also the difficulty. It can be outright unfair and even brutal(my first playthrough...poor naive me).

  9. Well, a new mystery dungeon game is good. Never played the infinity one(since I don't own a 3ds), but if it's anything like the first two games, then that's cool.

Wish it were something like another Colosseum/XD styled game though, but hey this is something to be excited for too. :v

  10. Wow...that list is insanely terrifying potential! I mean... Tentacruel, Starmie, Lapras, Togekiss, Kingdra, Weavile, Breloom, Hippowdon, Jellicent, Excadrill, Mandibuzz, Haxorus, AND Larvesta(starters as well, but well, they're starters)!

Dunno if I'll be changing my team, though an Excadrill, Breloom, or Mandibuzz would be awesome for a rotation spot. :D

  11. I'd like to recommend Gulpin. Without this little guy I probably wouldn't have been able to beat Venam on Intense Mode, so a C(possibly B )rank would probably fit it well.

    It knows:

    - Amnesia

    - Acid Spray

    - Yawn

    - Sludge(pretty much just its extra slot move)

So, since occasionally Venam will use Venoshock, it pretty much makes it a wasted turn for her since with Amnesia, your defense would just be so high, added on to its typing defense. Acid Spray can even kill her Seviper after about 3-4 hits(and help out other special attackers you have), and Yawn is there in case you want some extra turns to heal or what not.

Granted, I've only gone up to the first gym, so..whether or not its ranking will change, I'm not sure. :v

  12. Welcome to the Reborn crew~ Tales of Legendia's my personal favorite in that series, though...I unfortunately haven't gotten the chance to play too many, so. Anyway, welcome! :D
