  1. Skuntank and Crobat(though this one would be much later on) would be both pretty great to have on your squad. Skuntank's typing and its versatile moveset make it quite the valuable partner to have, aside from Ground types which is where Crobat would come in for a switch-in. Stunky you can get pretty early on too, usually found in the alleyways around Peridot.

Not to mention, Skuntank's a giant skunk that's able to breath fire, lol. why not

  2. I haven't gotten up to that point myself, but considering that Ciel's a Flying type gym leader, sounds like having either a Steel or Rock(especially) type would help out, I mean unless she's got something with her pokemon to counter them like Fighting or Grass. Though, you did mention that the Mega Altaria has Earthquake which could be a problem.

Aggron or Gigalith would be a fine choice to have in your rotation, in my opinion, but of course it's up to you. Solrock/Lunatone could also be helpful since that eliminates her from using Ground.

  3. The DS emulator DeSmume is sometimes laggy, but it's fully functional. Gameboy - GBA emulator Visual Boy Advance works incredibly well, and there's currently a 3DS emulator called Citra in the works. It's nowhere near being released as of yet though, and won't be for probably a long time but it was shown running X/Y, so that's something.

  4. I both love and hate how much you can get trolled in Reborn, lol. Goldeen has Lightningrod, so the first pokemon Julia sends out just so happens to have Dry Skin, then Mud Slaps your pokemon to force it to switch out. why not

  5. It's advised(at least imo) to read up on the field effects before you try fighting against a gym leader, or a strong opponent, since they tend to try their best to screw you over with it. Having a lot of pokemon on standby for rotation is also good to cover up your weaknesses against said opponents.

  6. I'd say my personal favorite character in terms of appearance/personality is Add, though my actual favorite character gameplay-wise is Raven. As for my favorite and least dungeon...I'd have to say Heart of Behemoth for my favorite, Sunken Lysia for my least favorite(the clunky movement is bad enough without underwater mechanics thrown in, ugh).

I like most of the characters though, except maybe Eve(she's just...kinda uninteresting to me), and Rose(she's a cameo character from DFO with little to no impact on the story).

  7. If you're having problems with Shade, a Normal type on your team would go a long way. Especially one that knows Crunch or Sucker Punch, like Raticate(don't underestimate this guy early on since he can get both way before you reach Shade) or Stoutland. Diggersby would completely body Rotom, though Bunnelby's a fairly rare encounter before later on, so it's up to luck on that one.

  8. Holy damn is Draining Kiss powerful in this field! I mean, the other effects are pretty interesting as well(like all fire type moves becoming Dragon), but that move just seems outright busted if you use it with something like Gardevoir.

  9. If Solrock gets one and Flygon, Milotic, Luxray, Raticate, Feraligatr, Meganium, Typhlosion, Electivire, Toxicroak, Kingler, Drapion, Liligant, Krookodile, and Gogoat do not get one, I'll be seriously disappointed.

Also, make that Cub -> Wolf -> Werewolf pokemon happen.

Flygon and Milotic should've gotten megas with ORAS, still a bit bummed that they didn't. Personally, aside from the soluna pair, I'd like to see a mega Noctowl or Weezing. Highly doubt it'll happen, but eh always hope. ^_^

And a werewolf pokemon would be awesome!

  10. To be honest, it doesn't really matter which starter you go with, sine they all end up being really good later on in their own way, so there's not technically a "best" one, just go with what you feel fits your style. ^_^

  11. My ace had always been Weezing until I first played through Reborn. I decided to give Armaldo a try, and...holy Arceus did I grow to enjoy this monster. It's a shame since you don't see it used too often, but it's one hell of a powerhouse, and has served me ever since. :)

Granted, I of course still use Weezing, it's just my silver medal these days.
